Return of goods 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - FREE * (for Lithuanian customers)

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return or exchange them for the required size for free.

  1. Return to our store at Vilniaus g. 45, Vilnius. You can exchange/return unsuitable or disliked goods in our store at Vilniaus g. 45, Vilnius during working hours:

To return the goods separately, you do not need to inform us, but if you want to exchange them, please contact us by email or by phone +37069964472, indicating the order number and information about what you want to change so that we can clarify whether the required product is available and reserve the size you need.

  1. Returns via Omniva. If you have made a purchase and selected Omniva parcel lockers as your delivery method, you can initiate the return of the item through the Omniva returns system at the following address: Please fill out the return form and follow the instructions provided. We do not notify you about the return of the item to our warehouse, but you can track the return delivery progress using the link provided in the return instructions.
  2. Return via Vanipak courier service. You can initiate a return in your account: or contact us by email, indicating the order number, we will send you a Venipak label and call the couriers on the date and address you specified. IMPORTANT: Pack the parcel neatly and attach the courier label that you will receive by email.
  3. Order cancellation. If the product has not yet been shipped and you want to cancel it, please inform us by We will transfer the money to the same account from which you paid within 14 days from the day of cancellation of the goods. If the goods have already been handed over to the courier, unfortunately, it will not be possible to stop the shipment and cancel the order.

If you have decided to change the shoes to the required size, please contact us at After receiving the returned goods in good condition to our warehouse, we will send you an exchange.

Please hand over the package to the courier on the agreed day in writing. If you cannot hand over the shipment on the agreed day and the courier has already been called, the courier call for the next day will be charged 4 EUR.

The first return is free of charge. We will pay for the courier services and refund your money.

The return of goods for non-Lithuanian customers is not free of charge. Please note that the return of goods for non-Lithuanian customers is not free of charge. Kindly send any unwanted items to the following address: UAB Kedai, Vilniaus g. 45, LT-01119, Vilnius, Lithuania, and kindly provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.

We ship products to non-EU countries, however, import and other taxes related to customs, VAT, and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the specific country's laws. Before purchasing goods, we recommend checking your country's customs rules and requirements.

Return terms: 

You can return the goods within 14 days, the term is calculated from the next day after receiving the goods. In Lithuania our couriers will collect the goods from you for free, or you can deliver them yourself. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and properly packed.

Conditions for returned goods: 

We will not be able to accept goods if they: Have been used (worn, torn, etc.); Were damaged; Their consumer properties were not preserved; Lost their appearance; Original labels were removed from them. Returned in non-original / damaged packaging.

Shoe care: It is recommended to take care of purchased shoes with special shoe protection products designed for natural or synthetic leather or textiles. Each shoe manufacturer marks the composition with a sticker that you will find on the label or inside the shoes. It is not recommended to wash shoes in a washing machine.


Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will check whether the item has not changed its appearance as described in the Conditions for returning goods. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the money if the conditions were not followed. We will inform you personally by email about the collection of the goods from our warehouse. If the returned item meets the return conditions, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 14 days from the day the item is received in our warehouse.
