I ordered Birkenstock sandals, but they were two sizes too big. The store refused to accept the return unless I paid the return shipping costs myself. This is unfair and very disappointing. I expected much better customer service.
We’re sorry the sandals didn’t fit as expected. Please note that, according to our return policy, return shipping costs for orders from outside Lithuania are the customer’s responsibility. We offer free returns within Lithuania, but international customers must cover the cost of returning unwanted items. We understand this may be disappointing, but our policy is clearly stated and applies equally to all international orders. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
