We have teamed up with premium lifestyle brand GRAMPS present a unique collaboration: the HOT SHOT LO x GRAMPS. The collaboration combines the heritage of KangaROOS with the retro style of GRAMPS to create a shoe that is ready to capture the hearts of both generations.
The HOT SHOT LO x GRAMPS sneaker is the result of an inspiring story. Gramps began as a shared hobby between Jannik Diefenbach and his grandfather Alojz Abram. At Christmas 2016, they started taking photos of Alojz in streetwear, posted them on social media and quickly became a viral phenomenon with this unique look.
Carefree childhood memories of summer vacations on the beach are the source of inspiration for the GRAMPS x KangaROOS trainers. A shoe whose light color scheme is reminiscent of the warm sandy beach and whose light blue accents are intended to represent the warm seawater and the bright blue sky.
Instead of tissue paper, each pair is wrapped in an exclusive Gramps bandana that can be worn as a fashion accessory. It is included in the packaging, along with an additional pair of laces and a high-quality box.
